What causes choked throat and sweating in a 9 year old ?

hello doctor i have a daugter aged 9years today she had a little tiff with her younger sister we called and tried to discipline her during the course of speaking to her she suddenly felt dizzy and fell down we calmed her and after some time asked what happened she replied she felt strenght less her throat choked she couldnot breathe see or hear ! she was sweating. kindly help us

This could be a sign of a Atonic seizure which occurs in childhood. You need to get an EEG done and consult with a Neurologist. She may also be suffering from less blood sugar and must be ruled out as a cause. According to the examination and EEG findings, he/she may request for an MRI if needed and put your daughter on the right treatment.
