General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

As per your history is concerned please follow my advise point wise:

1) Do CBC with differential and do a para-check

2) Do Chest X-ray and ESR

3) Take [Ab-CEF 200 mg] twice a day for 10 days and add [ABDAL-CZ tablet] three times per day and record body temp every 6 hours.

I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write to me. Wishing you all the best.

Thanks,
Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
