General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome
i really appreciate your concern

Looking at your history, if I were your treating doctor I would come up with following possibilities

1. Migraine
2. Urinary tract infection
3. Liver disease
4. Severe dehydration

in my opinion you should visit your general physician for detailed examination and a battery of lab tests
your doctor can give you tab acetaminophen or ibuprofen for headache anti emetic drug for throwing up

have plenty of fluids with ORS to maintain good hydration and adequate urine output

Hope this helps you
please feel free to ask for follow up or direct questions for further clarification I will be happy to help you

wishing you good health
