What Causes Chilling And Constant Headaches During Nights?

i have being having cold at night and a serious constant headache at the right side of my head for the past 3 weeks now, Though i have had cases of constant headache before so my doctor told me to stay away from fizzy drinks so i did but of recent the headache started again and now worse. Last week, i was so week that i vomitted twice n the second i vomited blood. This really scared please help me out

That you have vomited blood is indeed a cause of concern and needs to be investigated. It could be caused due to high blood pressure which could also be the cause of your headache. Migraine is another possibility. I would strongly insist that you visit a doctor and get yourself examined.
