What Causes Chest Tightness With Arm Pain And Tingling?

My daughter husband thought he was having a heart attack and went to emergency. They did every test possible and everything came back perfectly normal. He did stress test, blood test, x rays ect...and all was normal. My question is could he have pulled a chest muscle in boxing to mimic symptoms of a heart attack. Such as tightness, pain down his arm, tingling down his arm. Thank you

Thanks for your question on HCM. Since his ecg is normal, cardiac diseases are ruled out. His x ray and blood reports are also normal so lung diseases and infections are also ruled out.
And yes, you are right, muscle pull can cause similar symptoms. And boxing can be the reason for muscle pull. Try to gollow these steps.
1. Avoid heavy weight lifting and movements of affected part.
2. Avoid bad postures during sleep.
3. Take good painkillers and muscle relaxant.
4. Apply warm water during bathing.
