What Causes Chest Tightness, Pressure And Discomfort?

I am a 65 year old woman who has been having chest tightness, pressure and discomfort coming and going for about a month along with fatigue. I also have a loose cough (like a smoker s cough), but I have not smoked for over six years. I have calf tightness when I workout. I also have had a stent placed in my right leg in 2011...any ideas ??

consult pulmunologist for auscultation of lung fields and take x-ray pa view chest. it may be obstructive lung disorder. if bronchoconstriction then bronchodialator like tab deriphylin can be taken for cough can take benadryl expectorant. may be due to old history of smoking.
