Hi and thank you for choosing HCM to post your question.
I read carefully your question and my opinion is as follows:
The characteristics of your pain,(tightness sensation, localization in chest, radiates on arms, precipitation by efforts ,relieved by rest) ,your age, make me think about angina pectoris. It is usually due to atherosclerotic heart disease but may also occur as a result of severe myocardial hypertrophy, severe aortic stenosis,or in response to increased metabolic demands as in hyperthyroidism, marked anemia,
If I was your treating doctor i would order as first diagnostic tools:
ECG,Exercise ECG to look for evidence of ischemia during pain or stress testing.
I hope my opinion is helpful to you.
Wish you good health.
Kind Regards
Dr Dushi
