I had an episode of heat exhaustion that included the typically listed symptoms except for one. I had substernal heavy chest pressure. EKG and blood tests ruled out cardiac changes. What caused the chest pressure? I am 58 yrs old, 5'3", 155 lbs, on Cozaar, and otherwise healthy.
