Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, the pain appears to be due to the Cervical spondylosis or gastric irritation.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms injections of vitaminB1,6,and 12, for 10 consecutive days. diclofenac , paracetamol, and ranitidine.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods, spices, till you get relief.
