For probably 2 or 3 years now I've been drinking an energy drink every morning to help me wake up, but for the past couple months if I don't take a day or two off once in a while my chest will start hurting like my heart is sore or something. Is this dangerous?
Hi thanks for asking question. Here pain most probably seems to be muscular pain. In your routine day take more fruits. Take healthy nutritional diet with green leafy vegetables. The pain might be because of heavy weight lifting or improper sleep posture. If still pain frequency increasing then chest x ray done to rule out respiratory cause. Third if heart disease is under suspicion then electrocardiography done to rule out any heart disease. I hope you understand my concern. Wish you good health
