What Causes Chest Pain?

I have a pain when ever I breath deeply on my upper left side on my chest an inch or two below my collarbone. I am female 18 I weight around 220 and I'm 5'6. My father has recently had a heart attack which is why this scares me. I don't have anything really wrong with be besides the chest pain and I have a pinched nerve in my neck but that is it l. What do you think the chest pain could be?

Since you are having positive family history of cardiac issue, in my opinion you should first undergo ECG and 2D ECHO and consult cardiologist and rule out cardiac cause. Sometimes pleurisy can also cause similar pain. For this consult pulmonologist and get done chest x ray. If all these are normal than no need to worry take simple psin killers.
