What Causes Chest Pain?
I am a 29yr old semi active, black male. Currently i am having a pain in my chest, its like something is stuck there. I went to the doctor and got an ECG and nothing was found. The doctor said that it was a Muscular Skeletal Inflammation. my blood pressure is 120/78, my good cholesterol is normal and my bad is 3pts above normal. The did a chest xray and nothing was found in the xray either what could it be?

Chest pain could be also due to Gastritis (heart burn) or musculo skeletal. Take a shot of Dimethicone containing syrups which shall reduce your heart burn immediately. Rule out muscle or skeletal cause and treat it accordingly. Things would be fine. Meanwhile, would also suggest you to get your stress Ecg done for safer reasons.

Chest pain due to problems in heart is very less at your age , that added with a normal EKG makes Heart as unlikely cause of your chest pain.
So other possible causes are Hyperacidity that is excess of Acid secretion from stomach, muscular pain that is pain arising from the muscles of chest , sketelal pain that is pain arising from ribs or cartilage and esophageal disorders that is problems in your food pipe.
If your chest pain persists ask your doctor to do evaluation for the above mentioned conditions.
