What Causes Chest Pain?

OK. Had sever tightening of chest. Took two nitros. Wound up extremely dizzy. Then my blood pressure was 70/40 and has been rising some but still low. I ve been treated for HBP and for my heart. Didn t call in time to reach my cardiologist. Now there is a slight metalic taste in my moth.

In my opinion, you should immediately consult emergency room and get done ecg and 2d echo.
Since you are hypertensive, we need to rule out cardiac diseases first in your case.
You are having chest pain, hypotension and dizziness. So possibility of Coronary artery disease is more.
So don't wait at home because this can be life threatening.
Immediately consult emergency room and get done
1. Ecg
2. 2d echo
3. Coronary Angiography if required.
