What Causes Chest Pain?

I m 31 yr old F. Generally healthy since I spent 13 yrs in the Army. Recently, I ve been more chest pain than normal. Been seen in the ER twice now. Finally was able to read the notes made by the ER Doc. ABNL ECG FINDINGS W/ BORDERLINE LEFT AXIS DEVIATION, T WAVE ABNORMALITIES, PROLONGED QT INTERVALS, AND PROBABLE ANT INFARCTION. I know what infarction means due to have a long line of medical in my family, and I m now a massage therapist. But the rest is a mystery to me.

HI
Well come to HCM
Main concern would be infraction else other finding can be seen in healthy person too with no clinical symptoms to rule out the possibility of any infraction it is advisable to get done the coronary Angiography, this would rule out the chances of infraction, take care and have a nice day.
