Hi Welcome to the HCM I have gone through your question. The most likely reasons for the complaints of your daughter are musculoskeletal pain, lung or pleural infection or neurological pains. Don t worry as they can be easily managed once the diagnosis is established. I would recommend you to visit a paediatrician for complete examination. A chest x Ray will be useful to check the lung condition. Many a times pneumonias and lung abscess can lead to such presentation and can be picked up on chest x Rays. Antibiotics will be useful if a chest infection is found on evaluation. Else, give her symptomatic treatment such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen for pain relief. Hopefully this will be helpful.
