What Causes Chest Pain With Normal ECG And Stress Test?

ECG, 2D Echo & Stress Test all normal but still I have a chest pain along with pinching pain at shoulder joint with slight nimble pain in the left arm..I'm
33 diabetic but on mild dosage as I have controlled my sugar & brought it down to 109 Fasting & 142 post lunch..BP normal 102/72..I do regular exercise with 5kms of daily walks..I used to smoke but have now quit smoking & am on a good healthy diet..I still get the on & off pinching pain tht comes & goes..n since I have been continuously pressing the area over my heart that too has got painful - Please Advise

CRP-Hs.
TROP -T OR I ,CK MB.
CALCIUM SCORE.
HEMOGRAM
LIPID PROFILE.
THYROID PROFILE.
X-RAY CHEST.
PULMONARY FUNCTION TEST.
TAKE FRESH FRUITS.
AVOID ALCOHOL,COFFEE,COLA,JUNK FOOD.
YOU CAN TAKE TABLET IBUPROFEN & APPLY PAIN KILLER GEL LOCALLY.
IF YOU COMPLAINT OF HEART BURN ,ACIDITY.
I ADVISE TO TAKE ANT ACID(DIGENE GEL),PPI.
GET GASTRIC ENDOSCOPY,ULTRASOUND ABDOMEN.
ANY QUERY WELCOME.
WE HAVE TO TULE OUT EVERY CAUSE OF CHEST PAIN.
FEEDBACK TO HCM.
