What Causes Chest Pain With Family History Of Heart Disease?
I woke up last night, then afterwards felt a pain in my chest. like someone is compressing my heart and also felt tingling sensation like being stuck by pins or needles. What does it mean? It s not the 1st time that happened to me, the last one was about 4 months ago. I checked my blood pressure and it s normal and my pulse rate is normal too. Heart problem runs in our family. Also, when I puke, I always feel too much chest pain in a scale to about 7-9.

From history it seems that there might be having some cardiac ailment giving this type of problem
There can be angina oe coronary insufficiency.
Go for EKG and cardiac enzyme test rule out any cardiac problem.
