What Causes Chest Pain With Bp 144/102?
Hi this past Thursday I was at the doctors office I started to have serious chest squeezing pain , they did EKG said st segment was elevated bp was high pulse racing . They called the paramedics I said no thank you because of cash flow is low . I have been having some chest discomfort with tightness in my throat @ this moment my bp is 144/102 p 86. What might you suggest the cause could be .I do go to see Cardio doc Tues.

Yes you should definitely consult cardiologistt without any doubt. Your chest pain, your BP, your ecg finding everything is suggestive of cardiac pain. First and foremost you should avoid stress and tension and keep calm. This will reduce your bp and slow down your pulse. So avoid work and consult cardiologist immediately.
