What Causes Chest Pain While Having Pacemaker?

Hello, Last night when laying down I started having chest pains sort of like indigestion. I took a 81 mg aspirin and sat up for a while and was able to fall asleep. Could I have been having a mild heart attack? I do have a pacemaker for about 3 years now. The last visit to check my pacemaker I was told it was in good working order good another 14 years. Also my last cardiology appointment was good. Thank you.

This might have been a gastric irritation most probably. Also, you did not have any other associated symptoms pointing to a heart episode. The aspirin you took just suppressed the pain too. But if you have it again do get a check with your doctor and an ECG would be good.
