What Causes Chest Pain, Hard Feeling In Throat And Jaw Pain?

what would cause chest pain, a hard ball feeling in my throat, jaw pain, but NO sweating? the chest pains are from the middle of the chest and radiate to the back. It's painful, but 2 aspirin chewed usually takes care of it. The cardiac rythm remains the same however. When this occurs it's usually at night or when I'm just doing whatever like talking on the phone or washing dishes.

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, we should first rule out heart related diseases because your chest pain is subsided by aspirin.
So get done ecg and 2d echo first.
If both are normal then no need to worry for major heart related diseases.
Sometimes acute gastritis and GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) can also cause similar symptoms.
So avoid stress and tension. Avoid large meals, instead take frequent small.
Go for walking after meals. Keep 2-3 pillows under head in the bed.
Avoid hot and spicy food. Take pantoprazole tablet on empty stomach.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
