What Causes Chest Pain Despite Normal ECG And Echo?

I am 29 years old, 60 Kgs. Frequently i am getting chest pain. I took ECG and Echo. It was came out as normal. I had 150/100 BP while taking ECG. Doctor has given me Pantacid tablet for 5 days. but still i have not recovered from the chest pain. I got pain in left side of chest.

Thanks for writing to HCM

As cardiac investigations are normal,so chest pain may be due to other reasons like pulmonary or musculoskeletal reasons.
Chest-Ray (PA view)should be take to exclude any pulmonary cause.
If chest X-ray findings are normal then you can also take muscle relaxants and analgesics for 4-5 days.
You should avoid strenuous activity.
