What Causes Chest Pain, Breathlessness And Nervousness?
I think I may have anxiety as I become nervous around people and in public. My breathing becomes heavy and I struggle to breath as well as becoming very hot. I also suffer from chest pains and sometimes if I breathe too deaply I gasp and struggle for breath. Is this linked?

You could be having Anxiety disorder or Panic attack. Consult your Psychiatrist and also the Cardiologist to rule out any heart disorders.
