Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have chest pain, breathing difficulty, heart palpitations, tinnitus and lack of energy . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query , but in your case the symptoms are due to abnormal functioning of sphincter of esophagus .Othere symptoms can be due to heart failure , ear infection ,or chest infection.

I would suggest you to eat light and non spicy specially at night , eat at least one hour before going to bed , take light walk after eating and keep your head elevated while sleeping. Consult cardiologist for proper examination without any delay and to rule out more serious condition .

Doctor may order ECG . TMT along with complete blood profile or angiography . Doctor may refer you to ENT specialist or chest specialist .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
