What Causes Chest Pain And Upper Side Body Pain?

I'm 15 years old, and I was watching tv laying on my side. Then when I tried to move my chest hurt on the right upper side of my body. It got slightly better so that I could move, but I still can't move suddenly or sit up well and it hurts extremely badly when I inhale or exhale deeply. I don't smoke or do any drugs by the way. What is wrong with me?

Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

According to your history it seems to be muscular strain pain....
It will heal within few days....
Rest done...
If needed analgesic taken...
Avoid strenous activity.
Hot compress useful....
Prevent movement causing pain....

Take sleep in supine position.
Avoid bad posture....

If cough like symptom present then xray done to rule out bronchitis like condition...
For that antibiotic given....

If ribs tender to touch it could be costochondritis....

If needed compression bandage might be prescribed....

Take care.
