i just recently started having heart problems that i know of... my left arm starts hurting and i have shortness of breath and my chest hurts.. i went to the doctor and they took blood and a xray.. my blood work came out great but my xray showed my heart to be enlarged a little... they said it could be from me being over weight or smoking... well i started exercising and i quit smoking... my ??? is if i do all that do you think my heart will go back to normal size???
