What Causes Chest Pain And Rapid Heart Rate?

My husband has high cholestrol of 263 and has had a high reading for several years. Now he has had chest pains and rapid heartbeat, blood pressure is up but passed the stress test. 4 days later feeling very strange...Is he going to have a heart attack.

I really appreciate your concern, even with the single risk factor symptom of chest pain need to be taken seriously, no matter if the recent test are negative still the condition need to be taken for coronary angiography, to rule out the possibility of coronary artery disease, take care, have a nice day.
