What Causes Chest Pain And Rapid Heart Rate?

hello first sorry for my bad english. my problems are anxiety related maybe, im not sure. after one time mephedrone drug use 6 months ago, i have chest pains, left arm pains, rapid heart while changing body position and low blood pressure. well i was diagnosticed with anxiety and panic dissorder. but im not sure if its true, im have anxiety becouse i have chest pains, im 27 years old male, i had done ecg and echo test came back normal, i dont know why i have low blood pressure, maybe becouse im depressed. i dont know if you can answer my question what do you think is wrong with me, i believe i have hypersensetivity to adrenalin.
