welcome to healthcaremagic
you have some problem and you are worried for it
you need consultation and check up
few investigations may also be asked to do to reach a diagnosis
you will have to get it to have treatment .do it when you get the attack
there are free hospitals with free out door in some of the third world countries and any body can get treatment from there
all the medical colleges in india ,if it is in 3rd world have free outdoors for patients
whatever it is you need check up to know what you have
hope your problem is solved soon
