What Causes Chest Pain And Difficulty In Breathing?
hi....i hve been doing gym from last 2 yr but not gain so much....from last few week im having pain in my left chest and also breathing problem...now when i workout i get exhausted and when i breathe i get a pain in my chest ...i took rest but there is no sign of cure....is there is any musle knot ??? plzzz suggest what to do

The pain in chest in a young athletic person can be related to muscle pull that we call muscle strain, in your case it can be due heavy gym work out. Some time heart burn due to gastric problems also present similar problem. A minority of portion can be having some cardiac or lung issues.
