What Causes Chest Pain And Blood On Coughing While Smoking?

I am on orthro evra and smoke...stupid i know!! Left side chest pains..sharp! Hurts worse when heart feels like a fish flopping in chest. coughing small amounts of blood, hard to breath cant take deep breath. Went to ER. CTscan and xray came back normal??? Help this hurts!

ah... ct scan would make blood clot very unlikely but wouldnt rule out many other possibilities (asthma/inflammation, bronchitis/infection, inflammation of the rib joints or muscles). Aspirin drugs might help but steroids would be more effective on inflammation and a bit safer.
