Hi welcome to HCM.
Chest pain has to be carefully assessed to rule out coronary artery disease.A baseline EKG and a screening 2 dimensional echo.Elevated blood lipids can contribute to coronary heart disease.I advice you to have a baseline lipid profile and a tread mill testing to evaluate resting ischemia.Regular oatmeal for breakfast and regular physical exercise can help to control the blood pressure and reduce the lipids.Consult your cardiologist for further help.
Thank you
