What Causes Chest Pain And Abnormal EKG In A Child?

My 11 year old son recently had an ekg. He is on methlyn er for adhd. He had the ekg because he had complaints of chest pain while not active. The reading is as follows: vent rate: 92 bpm (heart rate) PR Interval: 132ms (normal? 120-200) QRS Duration: 100ms QT/QTc: 356/440 ms (above 440 is considered prolonged?) P-R-T axes: 72 86 67 Pediatric ECG analylsis* normal sinus rhythm borderline prolonged QT

Well come to HMC
The EKG is within normal limit still ECHO is advisable, clinical etiology is matter of concern, clinical finding is also matter of concern, x-ray chest is also advisable these all test need to be done to rule out the congenital heart disease, hope this helps, take care.
