What Causes Chest Pain After Taking Vyvanse For ADHD?

My son is 6 years old weighs 47 lbs and he is 4 3 he has lost 5-10 lbs in the past 3 months he takes 20mg of vyvanse once a day for adhd he has been complaining of chest pains for the past two days abd he ha been having nose bleeds for tha past two months are more they ate not real bad but more than a luttle bit

Lisdexamphetamine is relatively contraindicated in persons with heart diseases and may cause sudden death as reported and as well should avoid taking MAO inhibitors also. My question to you, why did you prefer amphetamine derivatives for ADHD as there are many relatively safe drugs available in the market recently like concerta and strattera... please consult child psychiatrist for that.
