What Causes Chest Pain After Quit Smoking?

30 yrs old.recently quit smoking its been a week, and result of it, is I ve been getting chest pain feels like major heart burn or indigestion. also throat is a bit itchy dry hoarsy. also got a small cough. are these symptoms when u stop smoking? or possible cancer resulting from smoking?
