Well I m taking supplements in the supplements I m taking is glutamine BC AAs creatine way protein fish oil and a pre-workout and my heart just start hurting I m getting pain in my chest but I don t know if it s because of the work out of the bench press but I don t know why it s hurting now if I usually work out like this 6 time a week The supplements that I used to take constantly was creatine way protein I m currently taking glutamine in BCAAs , pre-workout and fish oil and I m curious if that s what making my heart hurt I know that glutamine and BCAAs come in protein so I don t think it that so I thinking it could be the fish oil or the pre workout but I don t know so I m asking for help pleases some answer this question it would save my life and help me a lot right now ???????
