What Causes Chest Heaviness,heavy Arms,nausea And Body Tremors?
Hi I have seen my doctor for episodes I have been having and she has said it is panick attacks. However tody I had another episode that lasted 40 mins after being at the gym. I have a burning in my sternum area heavy arms and across my back, nausea, sever sweating shaking and nausea. I feel exhausted afterwards could it be something else as I dont feel panicked when the attacks happen? Carolyn
