Detailed Answe :
Hello, and thank you for the question. I understand your concerns and i will give you some advices.
Irregular heart beats, may be due to a lot of differnt cases. You are under treatmnt with a
Beta Blocker type of drug with help reducing Blood Pressure also reduces
heart rate. Also you are taking a combination of two types of Diuretics. Diuretis are a class of antihypertensive drugs, wich help to reduce Blood Pressure, by increasing liquid excretion off from the budy via urinationg. Alog with the liquid elemination, a lot of electrolytes are leaving the body. One of them i Potassium, wich affects the heart rate. Theoretically Spironlactone, should prevent Potassium elemination from the body, but in some cases it may not do that. So first thing, i would recommend you to do a full panel of blood Electrolytes.
Also irregular heart beat, may be caused by stressfull situations, or emotions. You should try to relax, and avoid stressful situations, or people who negatively affects you.
The most serious cause of irregular heart beat, is a problem with the electric system of the heart. So i would suggest you to do a normal ECG or even better a 24 hrs Holter ECG.In this way you can monitor for 24 hours if there is presence of frequent irregular heart beat. Based on the results of the Holter ECG your cardiologist may prescribe you anti antiarrhythmics drugs.
Please ask again if you have any further question.
Best Regards.
