What Causes Chest Congestion?
Hello! I am a 28 year old female, I am 5ft 1inch tall, I weigh 69kg. Recently, I added over 4 kilos but I have had this strange feeling in my chest for some weeks now but I feel it more in my sleep the past 3 days. My chest feels clogged like I can't get enough air and I feel like throwing up, I feel really bloated and can't sleep :( please help!

From history it seems that you might be having hypothyroid giving this problem.
Go for thyroid test.
After report go for treatment accordingly.
