What Causes Chest Congestion And Wheezing?

Severe cough, chest congestion, go from stuffy nose to yellow drainage. Wheezing when breathing in too much. I have taken over the counter Sinus medication to allergy medication. Along with that comes headaches off and on, no appetite because after eating it flares up. I have been drinking more than usual water as well.
