What Causes Chest And Back Pain, Breathlessness And Deep Breath Pain?

last week I was taken to the emergency roon because I was having chest pains they ran all kinds of tests including a angiogram and everything looked okay I was released I still continue to have pain in my chest and my back It is hard for me to breath I cant take a deep breath cause it hurts and I cant seem to catch my breath what could it be

Chest pain can originate from any structure in the chest from the skin inwards.

The heart tests would have demonstrated if it is related to the heart.

If you having problems with taking deep breath then it is possible that the pain is related to pleuritis.
This is inflammation of the pleura.

You may want to consider the use of a oral anti inflammatory agent such as ibuprofen, naproxen, cataflam.
