What Causes Cheek Burns When Diagnosed With Inflammation In Achilles Heel?
I am taking methylprednisolone 4mg pack for inflammation in bottom of heel following achiles surgery. Have taken 6 yesterday and 4 today. My cheeks are red and warm. My BP is elevated - 188/82 normal BP is 120/70 Should I discontinue taking medicine and call doctor in morning or go to ER?

Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to the side effects of corticosteroid - methyl prednisolone you are taking. If you decrease the dosage to minimum these symptoms may disappear. You can decrease to twice daily or once daily which will give you improvement in this case. If there is no improvement then consult your doctor or GP to change to another drug.
