General & Family Physician 's  Response

Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to the side effects of corticosteroid - methyl prednisolone you are taking. If you decrease the dosage to minimum these symptoms may disappear. You can decrease to twice daily or once daily which will give you improvement in this case. If there is no improvement then consult your doctor or GP to change to another drug.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
