My normal skin colour is chocolate is avarage suddenly my facial skin n hands became very dark mostly in palms n knucles fingers itried skin lightener got bit better on the face stopped it now its worse, no chnge on the hands ,same time my tongue also had black spots all over the tongue,My feet sweal l up to above the ankle n developed dark skin with small painful lumps itchy at times n emmitts heat that a person near can feel it was on frusemide with little help now painful when walking .not on ARVs have PCOS Commenced on glucophage also on slimming diet pliz help me.
