What Causes Calf Muscle Pain And Stiffness In Lower Leg?
I am a 46 yr old male 6 tall and 107kgs I am suffering from a lot of general stiffness but specifically lower leg/calf muscle pain which feels like I ve ran a long distance but have not. Also my feet are painful after stepping out from bed initially each morning but it goes very quickly once I walk around. Thank you

first of all ur quite overweight which is having a bad effect on ur muscles since they have to bear more weight and that also leads to joint damage,
regrding foot pain after waking up it most probably seems plantar fascitis which is very common , treatment is use of cushioned sleepers in house and if it persists for long intra lesional steroids can be given.
