Hello
I appreciate your concern
this could be due to Aerophagia ( swallowing of air) may be associated with smoking alcohol fill firing denture use of carbonated drinks
Another possibility is acid peptic disease like Gastritis due to stomach hyperacidity

I would advise you to Rule out all the causes of Aerophagia and an endoscopy if need be to find out the cause behind these symptoms

Avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food
Go For exercise regularly start with brisk walking jogging and swimming
Abdominal exercise and Yoga will definitely help you

thanks for using our services
wish you good health
