What Causes Burning While Urinating?

Hi I am a 19 year old female, thats sexually active. Saturday night/Sunday morning I had sex with a new partner. Sunday evening I went swimming and it was my first time in this pool (very salty and new). So Tuesday I noticed when i would go to urinate it would feel weird and there was a milky discharge along with the urine. And now since maybe Wednesday whenever I would urinate, it burns/hurt towards the end. Can you help me?
