Hello Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have irritating voiding symptoms like urge to pass urine ,frequency of urination with pain in back . This could be most likely to be due to UTI associated with stone in urinary system either in kidney or Ureter . Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical evaluation and get following basic tests doen to confirm the diagnosis and further treatment. 1)Please get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to. 2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen to rule out presence of urinary stone. In the mean while take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefexine along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report. Take urinary antispasmodic like Flavoxate to control spasm of bladder . Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.
