What Causes Burning Tongue, Throat Pain, Swollen Neck Glands And Loss Of Appetite?

Tongue burns all day. Recently my throat has started to hurt and I can never get a full nights sleep even with sleeping aids. My neck glands are swollen and I've had a loss of appetite. My tongue has hurt for a while sometimes the back and sides but mostly the tip which is almost a different color than the rest. I feel like I've burned it on something but I have stayed away from hot foods and drinks for a while now..
