What Causes Burning Small Pimple Between Upper And Lower Lips After Kissing?

Hi i just noticed a really small pimples on the side of my lips ( between the upper and lower lip) that cant be seen unless i focus light and really looked closely at it and it burns a little, this star to happen yesterday after i kissed a girl, so what do u think?

You need to take a course of antivirals like Acyclovir for 5 days. You could also apply acyclovir ointment 3 times a day for 5 days.
