What Causes Burning Sensation On My Right Scrotum And Anus?

Hi, I have been having slight burning sensation on my right scrotum and anus (not the hole). I have been tested to have a slight urine infection in my urine dip stick test. There is no itching or signs of redness. There is no pain in any other part of my body. I'm 52 years old and PSA test was good. Please help!!! Many thanks, HP.

Hello
I appreciate your concern
Looking at your description your symptoms can be related to prostate problem
So i would advise you to get an appointment with urologist as earlier possible for per rectal examination of prostate and an Ultrasound
This could be caused by infection of urogenital tract or prostate cancer

Meanwhile maintain good hygiene
Take your regular medicines
Have lots of fruits and vegetables
Complete abstinence of alcohol and smoking is required

Hope this addresses your query
please feel free to a slightly for more clarification I will be happy to help you
