Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic

Your reports are fine as far as STD's are concerned. HIV, Syphilis and Herpes have been excluded and require no further confirmation.
Regarding the burning sensation at inner thigh, buttock and anal region it is not a symptom of any STD.
I would like to rule out possibility of intertrigo.
Intertrigo is inflammation of body folds and adjacent skin and may be associated with burning sensation and discomfort.
Body folds trap sweat and constant moisture makes the skin delicate.
Rubbing of folds during walking can cause this delicate skin to develop redness and burning i.e intertrigo.
I suggest you to wear loose fitting cotton undergarments and use an absorbant dusting powder in the body folds.
You may use an OTC topical antifungal+mild steroid combination cream for a few days, twice daily.

Regards
